Plane Tree Studio began in Salamanca Place in February 1986. Since then we have employed Tasmanians to create fine quality paper products. We moved to 107 Murray Street, Hobart in 1998. Here we have built a modern papermill for the making of fine quality, environmentally sound, handmade paper and a boutique print shop which uses traditional methods to print on traditional papers.
We have a range of imported papers and envelopes which are not handmade but equally beautiful and suitable for your important message.
